It's Norton Priory's 30th anniversary this year
Beautiful woodland gardens, contemporary sculptures, grade 1 listed Priory Undercroft and ruins of medieval Augustinian Priory. 3.5 metre St Christopher statue (right) is a national treasure. The museum galleries tell the story of the site. Award winning Walled Garden - there's so much in this wonderful 38 acre site. Cafe and shop. Excellent disabled access.

25th January - 19th March Sweetness and Light: a celebration of Winter at Norton Priory Norton Priory is celebrating the traditions of Winter, in a fun exhibition created by local people, schoolchildren and Norton Priory volunteers 22nd March - 28th May Andrew Williams - 1 to 1 An exhibition of abstract images of the natural world by award winning local photographer Andrew Williams. This work reflects his fascination with images that contain a degree of ambiguity created by photographing close to the subject at near one to one scale.
31st May - 23rd July John Eastwood - 'Found' - Images of Light and Landscape Renowned Cheshire photographer John Eastwood presents a fascinating and exciting new collection of limited edition fine art prints exploring light, landscape and 'found' images from Cheshire, Derbyshire and the Staffordshire Moorlands.
26th July - 1st October Select Fibres - 'The Habit of a Lifetime' Three textile artists, Pauline Coddington, Val Hughes and Jenny Head explore their passion for fibres and threads.
4th October - 3rd December Lancashire & Cheshire Photographic Union - The First Hundred Years 1905-2005 A touring exhibition of photographic prints that showcases the work of LCPU members throughout the past century, and up to the present day.
6th December - 28th January 2008 Hidden Histories Uncover the hidden stories of Norton Priory in this special community exhibition.
