Mon 3 - Fri 7 August 2009 - Bubble Trouble Back by popular demand! Learn some tricks of the trade, practise techniques and make some enormous bubbles of your own. Find out how to make super sized bubbles, square bubbles and even get a person inside a bubble in this watery workshop! Mon 10 - Fri 14 August 2009 - Solids, Liquids and Gases Materials exist as solids, liquids and gases. Investigate their differences in this spectacular demonstration using liquids nitrogen and solid carbon dioxide  Mon 17 - Fri 21 August 2009 - Super Soap FactoryJoin the Catalyst Soap Factory and have fun making some soap to take home. Choose a colour, add a fragrance and mould you own bar of soap. Mon 24 - Fri 28 & Bank Hol Mon 31 Aug - Fri 4 Sept 2009 - Hands-on Habitats The interactive habitat experience. Explore Catalyst's very own habitats from Rainforests to the Antarctic and have a go at our hands-on activities. OCTOBER HALF TERM Mon 26 - Fri 30 October 2009 - The Big Bang! Be amazed as our presenter investigates everyday powders like icing sugar and custard powder in this explosive demonstration! All the above events cost £1 per person when paying full admission to Catalyst, but tickets are limited and are allocated on a first come - first served basis.
